Scot Home Report is a provider of Home Reports and other property related services across Scotland. We are one of the few providers that supply Home Reports nationally, including the Highlands (excluding the islands). All staff members have extensive experience working in the Home Report market, and have all been part of the industry since it was made compulsory across Scotland in December 2008.

This quality personnel and added experience has allowed us to offer an unrivalled service in the market. As we’re an Internet based company, we don’t incur the massive overheads of other suppliers. This allows us to offer the most competitive prices in the country, passing on the massive savings to you! We use a network of RICS registered surveyors across Scotland to provide our services directly to the public. Service levels are our main priority. We don’t make false promises or offer useless gimmicks.
